Once you have received your sperm seen results, produce your next sample after a minimum of 4 weeks AND 20+ ejaculations.

(Samples submitted before 4 weeks will be rejected, and a $20 fee will be applied for a replacement kit.)

Abstain from ejaculations for 2–5 days before producing your semen sample.

Produce a semen sample directly into the paper cup provided. Ensure the sample is free of contamination from other body fluids. Do not use lotions or lubricants.

Use the pipette to draw up your sample from the paper cup and deposit it into the tube. Securely twist the cap onto the tube. Discard the paper cup and pipette.

Fill out the sticker label with: Your name, Your date of birth, The date of your sample/ejaculation. Place the labeled sticker onto the tube. (Sample tube MUST be labeled to be reviewed by lab.)

Place the labeled tube into the biohazard bag and seal the bag. Place the sealed sample bag into the box, then place the box inside the bag provided with your prepaid shipping label.

Take to any USPS location. Samples MUST be collected and shipped on the SAME day. For faster results, collect and ship your sample on a Monday or Tuesday.

Your results will be sent to the email address you have provided within two weeks. Continue using contraception until you receive a NO SPERM result.
